WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Turnaround time is usually around 7-10 business days. This time is from the consultation, to digitization, prepress, and printing.
WHAT SUBSTRATES DO YOU PRINT ON?
Depending on your choice of printer, you can select from products such as Arches Watercolor, Somerset Radiant White Texture or Radiant Velvet, photo paper and different variations of canvas. If you have a specific paper in mind bring in a sample and we'll gladly print a small proof for you so you can see how it looks on our printers.
CAN YOU PRINT FROM SLIDES?
Yes, but you may see a loss of image resolution. We ask that you bring us an original work, a transparency, or a digital file for best results.
CAN PRINTS BE MADE FROM A DIGITAL FILE?
Yes, we recommend that the files are in .tiff format, at 300 dpi (dots per inch) at their final dimensions. We will apply a color profile to the file for color accuracy.
WHAT BRAND OF PRINTERS DO YOU PRINT ON?
We offer IRIS, Roland, and Epson printing. IRIS printers print on a 34"x46" sheet, and our Roland and Epson printers use a 50" and 44" roll fed system respectively. We have a variety of substrates for all of our printers, and we specialize in canvas.
IS THE PREPRESS STAGE REQUIRED?
No, but it is higly recommended. By prepressing your artwork it assures you will get the correct coloring that matches the original piece. By skipping this step there is no way to assure what results you will get.
